Formerly known as DG Construction, Central Oregon Custom Homes serves homeowners and property owners throughout Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters, and the greater Central Oregon area. In 2025, we updated our name to reflect our continued growth, strong local roots, and dedication to supporting our community with honesty and care.

 

Founded in 2018 by David Griffin, a licensed contractor and lifelong Central Oregon resident, the company is built on experience, reliability, and trusted local partnerships. David has been a business owner since the age of 19 and brings broad knowledge of the construction industry to every project. Raised in Bend, Oregon, he has developed long-standing relationships with skilled subcontractors and suppliers, allowing us to provide a smooth, high-quality building process from start to finish.

 

Central Oregon Custom Homes offers a wide range of construction services, including custom homes, additions, remodels, ADUs (accessory dwelling units), pole buildings, barndominiums, and other residential and property improvements.
